Mr. Damuy is a Certified Public Accountant. He finished his Bachelor’s Degree in Commercial Science Major in Accounting in 1983. He took and successfully passed the Board Exams for Accountants in 1984.
Mr. Damuy is an expert in the management of intellectual property portfolio. With his top-notch business acumen, Mr. Damuy’s expertise extends to the commercial development of trademark properties. He possess more than a decade of expertise in acquiring, licensing, and enforcing domestic and foreign intellectual property rights for his clients.
LIEZL B. GLORIOSO
Trademark Specialist
Ms. Glorioso is the secretary to the Managing Partner of the Firm. Armed with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science, she is well-versed with Philippine laws and government. She also assists the legal staff in the Intellectual Property, Immigration and Special Projects Department. As such, she is one of the Firm’s liaison officers to the Philippine Intellectual Property Office (IPO), Bureau of Immigration, Department of Trade & Industry (DTI) and Securities & Exchange Commission (SEC).
Ms. Glorioso has extensive experience in trademark clearance, prosecution, maintenance, watch and enforcement. She is an expert in providing advice on the registrability and selection of marks, use and retention of trademarks, preparing and prosecuting trademark applications, handling trademark rights maintenance such as the payment of renewal fees and recording amendments to a trademark.
DAYDEE SAN ANDRES

Ms. San Andres has a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Administration from the University of the Philippines in Diliman, one of the reputable universities in the Philippines.
Ms San Andres boasts of almost a decade of experience in handling trademark watch, application, prosecution and maintenance for domestic and foreign clients.
MARIA ABEGAIL GONZALES
Trademark Specialist
Ms. Gonzales graduated with a distinction of cum laude and has a Bachelor of Science degree in Office Management. Known for her stellar academic background, she has consistently held academic honors from elementary to college.
She has considerable experience in trademark and has successfully registered and maintained numerous local and foreign trademarks. Ms. Gonzales is also adept at the registration, protection and enforcement of copyright, including copyright protection strategies of proprietary works such as literary and creative works.
ARLY PAUL M. DAMUY
IP Specialist
Mr. Arly Damuy is likewise a Certified Public Accountant. Apart from being an Accountant, Mr. Damuy has also studied Law at the San Sebastian College Institute of Law, where he actively wrote in the school newsapaper “The Sebastinians”. He also holds the distinction of being the head of Lez Cervus, an exclusive and duly recognized law student fraternity.
With his extensive background in Law, Mr. Damuy takes pride in a wide range of experience in IP management, including matters related thereto such as franchising, licensing, as well as food and drug registrations with the Bureau of Food and Drugs.
